Dwellworks Living has worked with a global bank headquartered in Hong Kong two years in a row, supporting its Early Careers Program in APAC. We found housing that accommodated their home bases of Hong Kong and Singapore and were close proximity to the regional travel the program required. Dwellworks Living was asked to provide flexible housing choices with dual-track options for rotating employees going to Amsterdam for various lengths. Depending on the business purpose for travel, we placed their employees on short-term stays in furnished, serviced apartments and employees on longer stays of a year or more in unfurnished apartments. Even in Amsterdam where vacancy rates are low, our local expertise allowed Dwellworks Living to find appropriate housing for all the traveling employees.

Dwellworks Living regularly works with one of the world's largest diversified energy service organizations that often deploys employees for group work to remote, sometimes dangerous locations. Energy companies often support and staff their own "camp living", but when they need corporate housing, we are ready to deliver. We have sourced housing near the Arctic Circle, moved around 600 families in Karachi, Pakistan, and relocated employees on assignment in Glasglow while maintaining HSSE standards and saving the company at least 20% compared to market rates. In the spring of 2022, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, multiple clients asked us for help. Not only were millions forced out of Ukraine, but many Russian companies and employees were isolated by severe financial sanctions. In one instance, Dwellworks Living quickly relocated 244 employees from Russia to company operations in Dublin and Germany. Thanks to our long-standing relationships with local housing providers and native language-speaking Destination Consultants, we found immediate housing for every employee.
Intern Programs
For interns to say "yes" after completing a program with a company, that company must offer competitive perks. Sleek and accommodating housing that allows for team building can tip this scale. Planning for intern housing can come with many requirements, though. Knowing how many units are needed, where in proximity to the company office they should be, what amenities the interns need, and ensuring security are just some of the boxes that should be checked.
In 2024, Dwellworks Living was asked for a second time by the world's largest combined brick-and-mortar and online retailer to provide housing for hundreds of summer interns. 150 interns would work in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Dallas, and 130 more were sent to different cities for field assignments. Our coordination of the moving process meant that the company's Intern Project Manager and the Relocation Management Company could work together on supporting the program overall while we sourced every property. We even provided on-site orientations for the intern and created custom webpages telling them everything about the property and surrounding things to do.
