Elevating Excellence: Chris Murphy Selected for GBTA Ladders 2025

Each year, the GBTA Ladders Program, managed by the GBTA Foundation, offers approximately 140 professionals in the business travel and hospitality sectors an unparalleled opportunity to network, learn, and share knowledge, all while driving forward the standards and practices that shape our industry. 

This program is one of the premier initiatives within the business travel sector, with demanding criteria for the high potential, high performance leaders who are selected to participate in the year-long opportunity. Participants represent diverse global knowledge leaders from across key business travel industry verticals, including accommodations, transportation, technology, and investment and from both individual companies as well as TMCs/platforms. The selection process is rigorous, involving a comprehensive application that requires both demonstrated experience and leadership as well as a strong working knowledge of industry dynamics. For Chris, this process also included an enthusiastic letter of recommendation from our executive team - solidifying our belief in his expertise, dedication, and capability to represent Dwellworks Living as an industry leader. We’re excited to see him partnered with other change agents in developing new solutions for our fast-evolving industry. 

The one-year program is designed to foster a strong, ongoing network of professionals who are committed to innovation, leadership, and advancing the business travel sector. The 17 Ladders teams for 2025 are already underway on projects focused on the industry’s future state and what will be required across the travel ecosystem, from buyers and suppliers alike, to reframe and future proof the industry for a new era of corporate travel. The outcomes of the Ladders projects, including the team Chris is working with, will be shared at the GBTA 2025 Convention, July 21-23 in Denver.
