Jake Bone, Director of Operations EMEA, Named to ASAP Advisory Board

ASAP, the Association of Serviced Providers, based in London and representing the serviced accommodations sector in the UK and globally, has announced the appointment of Dwellworks Living’s Jake (Jacob) Bone, Director of Operations, EMEA, to the organization’s Advisory Board in the non-voting role of Agent Member. Jake joins a distinguished Board that includes Chair Keith Freeman at Staycity Aparthotels and Deputy Chair Darryl Walker from Edyn, as well as Serviced Apartment Operator Members Michelle Jackson, PREM Hospitality and Laura Moore, Switch Hospitality.

Jake was elected to the Advisory Board in an open vote from his industry peers after submitting his video application for the role. In his application, Jake cited his experience in the hospitality industry as well in managing destination services  and temporary living services for relocation customers at Dwellworks, with a dash of his customary good humor and demonstration of his natural empathy. In accepting the role of Agent Member, he commented, “Honoured to have the opportunity to contribute to ASAP - The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers and learn lots along the way. Heartfelt thanks to everyone that voted  and congrats to fellow board members who are joining and those taking on new roles.”

As a non-voting ASAP Advisory Board member, Jake looks forward to building the talent pipeline of our industry, engaging with the full range of operators and service partners in the association, and sharing his 5+ years of relocation services expertise with the broader ASAP community. A passionate customer experience leader, he describes his approach to operational excellence as “only solutions, never problems.” Jake is a frequent visitor to the London offices of our portfolio partners, sharing our clients’ expectations and learning from our partners’ in-market expertise. Based in Cornwall, Jake, along with our Dwellworks team, is also actively engaged in the local community, spearheading support for food banks and homeless shelters. He is an advocate for duty of care for those providing serviced apartment services in a high-demand environment, as well as for the customers and guests we support in the midst of relocation and business travel.
