Dwellworks Living has steadily expanded our client partnerships by consistently delivering on KPIs. For example, our KPI for cost is to secure annual savings between 10-15% compared to suppliers’ standard rates in the marketplace. In 2023, our actual performance delivered over 22% savings, amounting to over three-quarters of a million dollars recouped against the client’s budgeted costs because of our well-defined temporary living partnership and the effectiveness of our epic^R technology in securing competitive pricing across our supply chain. Importantly, the savings were realized most significantly in the client’s top reservations markets, where competition can be fierce. Instead of paying a premium for quality in markets such as London, Singapore, and Calgary, Dwellworks Living secured better-than-market pricing.

Also in 2023, per the client’s internally managed survey, our net satisfaction score in their top volume markets was 97%. Relentless customer engagement and a dedicated team who understands the client’s culture and expectations at a detailed, market level were key to earning feedback like this:

Regarding safety and security, the highest priority KPI, Dwellworks meets compliance requirements end-to-end, from the accommodations options in our portfolio to the steps we take to ensure they are sustainable, safe, and verified to client specifications by the in-market experts in our supply chain and in alignment with the client’s own global security team.

Completing a 60-point pre-move-in survey, with photo documentation, is a compliance requirement for every reservation – and a KPI which Dwellworks Living meets 100% across all this client’s specified locations. We are implementing our digital Pre-Arrival Property Inspection app across our supply chain in 2024, to reinforce global consistency and compliance.
