It’s been just about a year since we migrated our global corporate housing inventory operations into a full-service solution to meet global corporate housing needs. We launched our global solutions capability in April 2020, introduced the Dwellworks Living brand in September, and have kicked off this year with outstanding customer service satisfaction scores and our clients’ recognition of partnership and innovation in an environment of challenge and disruption. Building on this strong foundation, we look forward to offering more services, to more clients, in more locations in 2021 and are excited to announce that our market-facing organization now includes two industry superstars, Andria LaMantia and David Holt.
With over 25 years of Global Sales experience in the Hospitality industry, Andria will lead new business development at Dwellworks Living – building on the brand commitment we have made to guarantee that our clients and customers feel at home around the world. Andria’s leadership will be key in developing the strategy behind our sales and business development growth. Over the years, she has managed and led multiple global sales organizations, focusing on developing and mentoring her talented teams. Andria joins Patricia Turek, Debbie Woodley, and Meredith Kennedy as part of the Dwellworks Living leadership team.
David Holt, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is an innovator recognized for his customer-insight led business development. With experience in corporate housing, luxury real estate sales, and entrepreneurial enterprises – David is the perfect addition to the Dwellworks Living team. His over 20 years of business development and client engagement experience have given David a deep understanding of the modern marketplace. We are thrilled to have him inspiring our customer experience strategy.
